I was so excited when I got the whole system home - 1 base 4 handsets. The 2.4Ghz is very noisy, much more than my 900Mhz. The range from the base is about 15feet in my house, so really my office or next door rooms, feels like you are hooked with a cord. Very Clunky Menu's on handsets and the computer programs. No Holding feature, to Flash a call you must toggle through a menu to locate 'flash'. Customer Support helps make you feel that the issues are you and not the phone! Over all - very upset -

This does not work as they say!!!!!
Battery does not last as long as they say.
They say that it works up to 30 feet away. It started droping out around 3 feet and by 6 feet it was all static.
Also it is hard to hear, not loud enough.
I returned it and got the Jabra Freespeak that is less and works GREAT. Good range, easy to hear and smaller.

This product reminds me of when I over-wiped and got a little on me. Or the time I decided to hook up a helmet-piercing iodine IV just because it was available. Or the time I decided to probe a scrotal wound with a lit sparkler. In retrospect, I wish I hadn't done it.

I have the Ericsson 280 cellular web phone, and this does NOT fit, even though the description says it fits "2xx" models

I bought this battery for my wife's cell phone last Christmas (2000) Last week (7/2001) the battery quit working. Even though it shows a full charge it dies after less than a minute of talk time. I would not recommend this product.

My phone kept falling off, and eventually i threw it away.

I bought these headphones, not sure if they were this model, but they had this same HORRIBLE DESIGN. I mean they sounded alright, but i had them in my ears for little time and they just killed my ears. I dont know why they have that little thing that juts out and goes down your ear canal so large. It is very painful. Everytime i used them, my ears would hurt while i had them on, and then when i took them off, the place where the headphones was numb for the longest time. Dont buy these.

My wife likes to listen to the radio as she walks so I thought I would get her this for Mother's Day. However, when she opened the package the poor design of this product became immediately apparent. As small and light as this radio is, when you put it on your ears, it pulls your ears down so you look like a floppy-eared dog! Plus, after some slight jarring (as from walking-its intended purpose after all!) it falls off! No amount of finangling with the setup could make this radio work as intended!
To add insult to potential injury (having your ears look as if you're wearing "the flying nun's" habit!), the reception is awful! Stations that are close by sound as if they were coming in via shortwave and distant stations, well forget it, they didn't come in at all!
All in all, a high-tech radio with low-tech problems. Take this one back to the drawing board Sony!
