I have owned this phone for over two years and I have been very pleased. Voice quality is excellent; it is light and can be used either on desktop or mounted on the wall. The ringer switch allows the user to set the ringer to off, low or high. Another switch allows easy changes between touch tone and rotary dialing. Other features include last number redial button as well the ability to program 10 speed dial numbers. The price is also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to purchase this item again.

A sad but little known fact is that apparent diversity of consumer product offerings is often just branding of a relatively small number of real choices. Multi-handset 2.4 GHz cordless phones are no exception. If you look closely, you'll see that most of the current offerings: have identical (or nearly identical) feature sets; are based on FHSS (frequency hopping spread spectrum, also known as FH DSS, or frequency hopping digital spread spectrum); and are built in China. These products (e.g., Panasonic KX-TG1050N/KX-TG1000N/KX-TGA100N) are pretty much the same.

The Sony line of multi-handset 2.4 GHz cordless phones (SPP-A2780/SPP-A2770/SPP-A2730/SPP-A2720/SPP-H273) is a notable exception: significantly different feature set, based on DSSS (direct sequence spread spectrum), and built in Taiwan. DSSS, a more costly and sophisticated technology than FHSS, provides greater range and resistance to interference, particularly indoors. As a result, these Sony phones provide remarkably clear sound.

The Sony line also abounds with thoughtful design touches that makes it a joy to use. The Jog Dial makes it a breeze to access the phone book, call lists, and menu items. The handset has a solid feel, is comfortable to use, and will stand up on any horizontal surface thanks to a flat base. And of the course the styling is up to usual high Sony standards.

SUMMARY: This is the one to buy! Shines in all areas!

I have had many different cordless phones. This is by far my favorite. I hate the cordless batteries and have to replace them all the time, and there is no place to charge a spare battery,and when the battery dies, you can't switch to the speaker on the base. You have to pick up another phone. But that's my only complaint. I have had excellent reception and I like the jog dial for quick dialing from memory. I like the CID on the base, too, so I can see if it's worth tracking down the handset.

It's easy to program and reprogram - good for changing work numbers and for people in college who move a lot.

I have this Sony telephone and two expandable handsets. We live in an old house with limited phone jacks, so we have the expandable handsets in places where we could not otherwise have a telephone. We also can take the handset with us when we go to another phoneless room and save running up and down steps to answer a phone. The only problem we have is occasionally forgetting to put one of the cordless handsets in a charger at night and then running down the batteries. My biggest worry is where to buy new batteries as this phone seems to be discontinued.

This Internet Phone surpasses competitors because of the incoming USA phone line that follows you globally. There are 6 different USA gateway phone numbers and even dedicated USA numbers are available. Pretty low outgoing international rates also. Their customer service is available in 5 different languages too.

This is phone is whoa(in a good way)!I love the colors and the way it's made.I'm a teen myself,and the "teenage" look was the first thing that stuck out first...besides the bright color!I think it's the perfect phone for anyone.

This phone really captured me when I first saw it.the colors and style is everything I would want in a phone!I'm a teenager and that's a very teenagey phone!Buy it today,I recommend it!

This phone is awesome!!!! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband when it first came out and we love it!!! When the phone rings it plays Rock and Roll All Night! It is quite the conversation piece with visitors. Every Kiss Fan needs one!

I bought it from Dinsey's Store. I like it very much when someone's calling, Mickey moving- hand pointing at the phone and head moving too. It also said five different messages. When the inspector came and checked my home, he noticed the Mickey moving when the call came in. He said it is cool.

It is cool. I wanted one in the past but it was not animated and I am lucky to have an animated one right now instead of old one.

I like the design of course and it has features just like the best quality phone you can possibly get! The look is original and kids love it! I love it!
