After searching from store to store for a perfect flat screen tv with all of the options, I finally found what I was looking for. I expected either Sony or Toshiba to deliver the most superior and vibrant picture, but I was wrong. Next to them was this JVC that far exceeded what I had expected for the price. It's picture looks nearly as life-like as a screen with HDTV, and it is filled with many options that are usually only available on larger models. It has many RCA cabel hook-ups, (S-Video, component, and color stream) which are all easily accessable. It's front hook-up is conveniently concealed behind a cover panel, and all other menu options are also easily accessed behind this panel. It's speakers sound great, and about the supposedly "unbearable humming noise" that exists on all JVC's and Toshiba's- I still haven't heard it on my set. As an immaculate tv in picture and sound, I recommend it to all who search for that perfect tv!

If you want component video but can't afford (or don't want) a 32" than this is the TV for you! And I tell you, it has the best quality! With component video, the picture is crystal clear (even better than S-video). I couldn't believe that there was no static or "dirt" on the picture at all! Especially good with wide screen. The borders are so black you don't even notice it's widescreen!

Ok maybe you are wanting to get a new tv but want to wait for hdtv, ok but by the time they work out all the specifics you could have been enjoying the great picture on this JVC. It has a lot of great features on it and a pretty good set of inputs ( only lacking composite video ) and the picture is probably the best I've seen in some time. I used to be a die hard Sony fan but when shopping for a new tv and watching all the brands side by side I have to say that this picture rivals the Sony Wega and is much better than most other competitors in this size range. The price is also considerably less than the Sony. All in all I am extremely pleased with this tv.

While checking on and buying my JVC AV-27260 and AV-36260, I also checked the AV-32260. Being it is in JVC's 260 series, it has all the same features and the same quality picture, sound and ease of use as the AV-27260 and AV-36260.

And like those, it also has V-chip. It helps for families with children to more closely monitor and watch what they are watching, be it shows, movies, sports events, etc.

For those who may consider a 27" to be too small and a 36" to be too big, I highly recommend this set!

It has the same minor problem as the AV-27260 and AV-36260. I covered it in my review of the AV-27260. Other than that, it is an excellent overall TV for the money!

I decided to upgrade my old 25 in. Toshiba to the JVC AV32DF74 32. I paid $700.00 at Video Only in Dublin CA and only have had the unit a couple of days. The TV is well designed for easy connection hook up. I was surprised how well the images were. Even standard network TV images look much sharper, more clear and color is great. I am using my standard Toshiba DVD player, not progressive, and images are very sharp. I highly recommend this TV if you can get it for around $700.

What a great TV! Spend the extra $ and buy the flat screen it makes all the difference. The picture quality is incredible even with standard cable. Tried digital cable for awhile and the picture is even better. One problem is with using the AV-Compu Link and composite video to my JVC DVD player and receiver, the input does not automatically change to input2 it stays on input1, I have to manually change it. Also the picture turns black and white until I change the input. It's probably my lack of knowledge on how to hook it up properly not the TV itself. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please email me. Other than that it has been a stellar performer. For those of you considering buying this TV, find the lowest price online then print it out and goto Sears. They matched the lowest price I found online and provided free delivery and also financed it for 6months at 0%. A+++++

The picture on this TV is so crisp it blows your mind. I saw this and I said, "wow" I have to get one, I now own three located around the house. I must say these are great!

My husband and I were all set to buy a Sony Trinitron but after doing some research on the net (reading customer reviews on many websites, looking at ratings on several websites specializing in electronics, comparing features/prices, etc.), we decided that THIS was by far the BEST BRAND and Model to buy.

The picture is absolutely awesome - even BETTER than the Trinitrons that we looked at in several electronics stores. The speakers are fantastic, especially since they are on opposite sides of the TV (instead of in the front) thus enhancing the stereo/surround effect (!!!). Having the PIP feature is a bonus. The Hyper Surround really gives you a nice full surround sound and the BBE doesn't exactly hurt either ;)

The picture looks great with cable, but after seeing a digital movie on it I think I'll switch to digital...hmmm...and maybe buy a DVD Player too....uh oh...I may end up with a whole home theatre if I keep this up ;)

If you are hesitating about buying it--DON'T--run (don't walk) out and get it now - it is absolutely worth it!

The picture on this TV is amazing. This will give any HDTV a run for the money. It has many on screen features, the universal remote covers all major and many of minor brands for VCR and DVD player support. The only thing lacking is PIP. I think you can get a different model with PIP, but come-on any TV that is +$1000, should come with PIP. Inspite of no PIP, this TV is excellent.

We bought the TV several months ago and just love it. My husband loves to watch movies on it. Plus you have so many screen options such as split screen, multi-screen and even a preview selection that pops up approximately 20 mini-screens at once so that you may get a brief view on what's on the several channels.

The aspect ratios works great for everything we watch. Plus, the sound qualty is exceptional.

I definitely recommend this TV!
