only panasonic could come up with a cobination tv/vcr package like this one. it is perfect for small apartments and you feel secure in the product because it says panasonic on it. their reputation and pride in workmanship is known the world over....every tv i have owned was a panasonic and they never let me down. highly recommend panasonic for hassle free operation.

This is one of the finest combination TV-VCRs I have seen in a while. Panasonic makes very good 9inch TVs. One reason for the incredible picture quality is that the electron gun can keep very accurate control on a smaller screen size delivering crisper and cleaner images. VHS tapes look amazingly good. This compact unit has 2 Video Heads, allows Time-shift Recording and Index Search. It also has Front audio-video jacks, a Headphone Jack, V-chip parental control and Remote Control. The TV Tuner is 181-channel TV/CATV compliant. Many of the shopping warehouse clubs around the country use this model to demonstrate their videos that they sell at their locations. These TVs look great, check them out.

This is one of the best combination TV-VCRs I have ever seen. Panasonic has a lock on the 9inch TV market. One reason is the incredible picture quality they have for this size screen. Nobody else comes close. The picture is crisp and sharp. It makes VHS tapes look incredible.

Panasonic still produces excellent 9inch TVs. Smaller screens continue to give you crisper and more brilliant looking pictures. This is a very exact 2-head TV-VCR with monaural playback. Videotapes look really good on this unit. It has front mono audio-video jacks which come in handy. This unit gives you incredible picture quality because of its inherent size and design. Videotapes look excellent when played on this unit. The picture actually looked very sharp. I highly recommend this unit.

This is a great little TV that seems to do everything well. The picture is pretty darned good as LCDs go--it is very brilliant and crisp, although in common with all LCD screens that I've seen it sometimes is less-than-perfect for dark scenes. The built-in speakers are mostly OK, although you in my opinion the set benefits significantly if you use bigger outboard speakers.

This is a great choice for limited space applications. I installed mine in my boat, and I love it! The kids love it! We use ours mainly to watch DVDs, and it is great for this. Panasonic quality is a joy to behold, and this TV hits the mark. Recommended.

What I like about this TV is it seems to work. The large number of inputs is extremely useful, two S-video and two component video, I think there is the traditional 75 ohm cable connection as well. Switching the input also switches the audio output. So if you are like me and run the sound system using a separate amplifier and speakers this simplifies life enormously for wiring, the number of inputs required on the amplifier and for choosing the sound source on the amplifier.

Picture quality is reasonable. I used to use a Sony 20 inch Wega which has the best picture quality I could find. The LCD picture quality is comparable and certainly watchable.

For two people watching it had some very interesting side effects. Because it was so slim we were able to throw out the old TV table. Move the TV back closer to the wall. Move the sofa a bit closer and reclaim enough room behind to put in another book case. It doesn't seem to dominate the room as the old television did.

The 16:9 aspect ratio is very nice when you have 16:9 material available. DVDs seem to come in native 16:9 and wide screen stripe across the middle to show on a normal TV. This TV set allows you to resize the picture within some limitations. There are more options for resizing on the s-video connection.

Although this machine supports 480p subjectively the picture was not much different from a DVD source.

Wish list, at this price and with this much flexibility it would be nice to play my Zone 2 PAL DVDs back in PAL.

Note that LCD screens are not as delicate as the Plasma displays and are considerably cheaper. This one is one of the largest LCD screens available.

I selected this TV based on its compact dimensions for fix in a rennovated kitchen. It has not disappointed. The local cable has 17 HDTV channels and they are very crisp and clear on this set compared to the conventional CRT sets in the house. It was an easy set up - in fact there are so many options you could spend all day tinkering. I just went with a basic straightforward approach and was rewarded with a great picture.

Like most HDTV's these days the remote is loaded with buttons your will never use. I plan to get a simple one to turn it on and off and to adjust the volume. This set is perfect for a small space and has good visibility up to about 10 ft. After that the screen is small.

I can recommmend this as a great starter set for someone who wants to try the technology but not spend a great deal of money, or someone who wants a great set for a small space.

This television has a great picture. There is a special setting that allows you to easily adjust the picture settings depending on the type of program you are watching. It also has a clock that you can set as an alarm, a great feature if you use this TV in the bedroom. If they made it in white, I would get one for my kitchen too!
