I have had this TV for a few years now and use it everyday. Its had a lot of good hard use and has proved worthy of a quality product, has a good solid reliable CRT and a great construction. RTest asured that this is a great product, it will serve you for years to come.

We purchased this model of Toshiba 13" TV/VCR recently and are thrilled! It is compact and can easily be put on a shelf or kitchen counter for easy use. A video game system can be easily added using the front jacks! The Toshiba brand name is also one you can trust and the unit is VERY well made. Would gladly buy again! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

I purchased this tv about two years ago, and so far it's been perfect. I love everything about it. The only thing I would've liked to have had with this tv (which I did with my last), is the option to press rewind and have the tv turn off by itself when done rewinding, it's not really a big deal, but it was useful.
This tv sits on a table at the end of my bed, I have accidently kicked it off twice in my sleep, and the tv works and looks as if that never happen. So my guess is that it is a very well built tv. This tv everything you would expect a great little tv to be. Just to add, the speakers on the side don't go from the top to the bottum of the tv, it looks like they do, but they don't, it's just the design. The real speakers are on both sides, they are about 3 inches long.

Six Video heads, HiFi and Stereo record and playback are all standards on this unit. This is one of the best VCRs on the market today. It plays back tapes with very good images having one of the finest pictures on the market. The 19-micron video heads record and playback a sharper picture than typical heads in the EP mode. Pre-recorded tapes play back with a superior looking picture too. This unit also has a 1 minute super fast-forward and rewind.

Toshiba developed the V3, 6-head chassis to compete with SVHS (Super VHS) and DVD technology. SVHS machines are quite expensive and they require special tapes which are also costly. DVDs are non-recordable (for the time being), more expensive to rent, and it is still debatable whether they will last very long. The current red laser DVDs will look like dinosaurs when blue lasers hit the market (blue lasers have a shorter wavelength, so they can reflect a smaller spot off the DVD and therefore you can pack in more information).

The idea behind the Toshiba V3 series was to provide essentially the same quality video and audio as SVHS with a much cheaper system. I am happy to say that the W701 provides Dolby sound and clear video that certainly approaches DVD quality--and much cheaper.

Perhaps the most amazing thing about it is that old tapes which look old on a 4 head VCR show significant improvements on this 6 head machine. The digital tracking system quickly adjusts for the optimum clarity. The machine automatically sets your TV stations and your clock. Setup is clear and straightforward. Rewinding happens at breakneck speeds. You can also play tapes at 2x, 1/7x, and 1/15x speeds. To top it all off, the unit looks fantastic and the price is right. If you don't know how (or don't want) to program the VCR, you should go for the W708, which adds VCR+ as well as digital noise reduction.

Even if you have DVD, you'll want to have a VCR to watch movies that aren't on DVD and also record. The W701 would be an excellent complement to a DVD setup.

Got this mickey mouse webcam for only several bucks when it came with a $40 rebate several months ago. Very satisfied. Clear, sharp images. A+!

This is a great webcam. I bought it with Christmas money at Circuit City, and it came with a rebate. I've had it since the day after Christmas - and not only is it cute, but it's got great quality. The internet video "conferencing" is clear - though not perfect, it's about the best you can get for under a hundred - which is still great. Everyone I webcam chat with online commends on how great my cam is, and the still-pictures it takes are surprisingly good. It also takes several seconds of video (which I've mostly used on my sleeping cat), which is nice. It doesn't disattach from the computer, so you're limited to as far as the cord can reach. I have frontal USB ports on my computer, and the cord is long enough that it reaches across a little more than half of my bedroom. I have it on the monitor, and the stand is very cute as well. To adjust it, there's a long slot at the bottom of the cam and a peg on the stand - so you can slide it up and down or back and forth as you please. I've been waiting to get a cam for a long time, as my boyfriend lives long-distance - and I'm totally satisfied with this one. My friends have webcams that were the same price or more, but terribly less quality. Also, it comes with the cutest and most creative photo software I've seen. It's not for serious photo editing, but rather fun editing (you can add animated borders, scenes, characters, etc). My friend and I sat here for hours when I first got it playing with the program. Overall a great cam - I recommend it to anyone who wants one and isn't bothered by Mickey Mouse on their monitor.

I bought this product because I cannot be with family overseas. I bought direct from Vialta, and split my shipment, one to me (Chicago), and one to Philippines (Cebu).

I called my sister I was able to see her on the telephone, I almost cried, I have not seen her in over 4 years!

We later tried sending photos. I loaded my Compact Flash card into the Beamer, and tramitted these pictures without any problem.

You can't ask for much more from a TV stand; this one is sturdy, elegant, affordable and easy to assemble. I've loved the look of all the Z-Line products that I've ever seen, whether in person or online. And with the recent purchase of a new TV it gave me the perfect oportunity to purchase something by Z-Line. Trust me if Z-Line makes it's something you'll like. They may not have much for advertising but their products speak for themselves.

The picture of the stand doesn't really do it justice. It really is a nice looking unit, and very sturdy. It has room for 4 components (2 on each shelf) -- and more if you're willing to stack thinner components. The top TV shelf and bottom "V" base are made from wood (like particle board, but more dense and sturdy), wrapped in a silver laminate. The legs are all metal, and carry all of the load for the TV.

I was looking for something attractive, not too expensive, able to fit in a corner (though this would look nice out of a corner as well), not too bulky, and able to hold 4 components. Furthermore, all you need is the included allen key to assemble the unit. I'm very satisfied, and would recommend this to anyone with a 27" to 36" TV and more than 1 component.

This product is great. It is commercial grade so it won't break like those other cheapos. It is easy to install and is great for your home or business.

This is probably the best purchase I have ever made. This thing is everything I ever expected and more!! It's easy to use as well - even my wife can operate it!

I have to say, everyone out there who is thinking of buying this, stop thinking. I bought it and I am extremely happy with it the moment I powered this thing on. YOU ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS PURCHASE! I GUARANTEE IT!!!

This multimedia projector is fantastic. Connects 2 computers and a video machine. Remote pointers (6 different types!). Technically it has everything you could hope for - large projection surface, brightness (1700 lumens), incredible clarity and ease of use. Above all it's light and very portable. A busy presenter's dream machine! And at a good price.

I have to freely admit that the somewhat recent advent of component video connections left me somewhat ambiguous as to what they were specifically designed for. Having recently purchased two different Sony receivers and a television with these connections and already owning two different Sony DVD players with these connections prompted some research. This research revealed that component video connections; through a 75 ohm interconnect on a HDTV or DVD player delivers higher signal quality, the best color saturation, black level and detail possible providing a sharp, clear picture.

With this research in hand it was time to make a decision as far as pricing went. It doesn't take long to figure out that one can easily spend a rather large amount of money depending on the name of the manufacturer of these component video cables.

Based on that research and pricing I opted for Acoustic Research's AP090 component video cables and have been highly pleased by this decision both in the quality of picture delivered to my system and the priced paid for these particular cables.

If you're in need of new component video cables, I highly recommend you explore Acoustic Research's AP090 as you will be hard pressed to find higher quality component video cables in this particular price range, in short, you don't have to spend a ton of money to get the quality of picture that you desire! {ssintrepid}
